Terms and Conditions - Granny Square Designer

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Granny Square Designer ("the App") provided by LT Studio s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Use of the App
The App is designed for planning and designing crochet projects, particularly those using granny squares. Users can:
- Choose square designs from a library
- Assign colors and estimate yarn usage
- Export personal crochet guides in PDF format (including photo, diagram, written pattern, and yarn summary)
- Work on personal projects based on those guides
Users may use the App to create and sell their finished handmade crochet products. However, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Share, publish, or distribute exported diagrams, patterns, or photos from the App
- Claim the visual or structural content from the App as their own
- Use content (including diagrams and photos) from the App for commercial purposes or public promotion

3. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to square designs, diagrams, icons, interface visuals, sample projects, and branding, is the property of LT Studio s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Copy, download, screenshot, or otherwise reproduce photos or diagrams from the App
- Distribute or sell exported PDFs or their components
- Use app content in tutorials, pattern books, or on commercial platforms

4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers a free version and three types of paid subscriptions (monthly, half-year, and yearly). Payment is handled through the App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective policies.
- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.
- LT Studio s.r.o. does not handle payments directly and cannot process refunds outside of the app stores.

5. Yarn Calculator Disclaimer
The yarn consumption estimates provided by the App are based on standard stitch data and user input. Actual yarn usage may vary depending on tension, hook size, stitch technique, and other personal factors.
Please note that the estimates do not include yarn needed for joining, borders, handles, linings, or any additional creative modifications.
LT Studio s.r.o. is not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and actual yarn usage.

6. Data and Privacy
Basic information such as email address, crochet terminology preference, and measuring system is collected upon registration. This data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
All users who download the App agree to receive a monthly email newsletter with tips, inspiration, or important updates. Users can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

7. Community and Sharing
Although the App itself does not include public sharing functions, users are encouraged to share their finished products on social media. Official communication and community sharing takes place through:
- Our social media fanpages
- Our official website
Users may not present exported designs or visuals from the App as original content on these platforms.

By using Granny Square Designer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
